Flappy Bird Game

What it does

Flappy Bird dApp is a Play to Earn game that players can enjoy by having one of our NFTs in their wallet. It is required to obtain an NFT to participate in our play to earn features, or you can play without NFTs for free but without the ability to claim rewards. Compete against real players and obtain high scores to climb the leaderboards to be able to claim weekly rewards.

The top 100 players in the leaderboard will be able to claim their rewards at the end of each week. The higher the rank the bigger the rewards! The leaderboards resets every week, giving a chance to players to compete in the next week.

How we built it

We developed the game's smart contracts using the Remix IDE and Solidity. The front end part is powered by Angular, Typescript, HTML and CSS.

Challenges we ran into:

• First hackathon experience
• Connecting our dApp with our smart contracts to interact with the blockchain
• Migrating the SDK to a new DLT

Accomplishments that we're proud of:

• Building and deploying our first smart contracts
• Accomplishing the Neftify and Waterfall challenges that we proposed for this hackathon
• We were able to create our MVP in 24 hrs!!!
