Inspiration
We were frustrated by the inequity of the standardized testing system, especially with regards to SAT scores being a larger indicator of socioeconomic status than math and English skills.
What it does
FairScore evaluates students differently. It combines and interprets SAT scores and data to provide an additional metric on which colleges and universities can look at prospective students.

Building and creating the foundation of a program that has the potential to help students and colleges alike
What we learned
A lot fo problems have been solved, but there’re still plenty more that anyone can contribute to.
What's next for FairScore
Collecting more information to create a more personalized profile for each student, gaining reputation and implementing FairScore into college application programs
