Inspiration

Magnetify is the brainchild of two experienced and two inexperienced blockchain developers who met by chance during the ETHWarsaw Team Formation. We strongly believe that blockchain should be easily accessible to anyone and strive to build a bridge between blockchain companies, developers, and users. Through interactive gamification of decentralised forms, Magnetify aims to onboard the next billion Web3 users by attracting them with engaging exercises and crypto incentives.

Challenges

  1. Emphasis on deep / correct use and integration of multiple decentralized platforms / apps: Arweave perma-deployment, Warp contracts, Aleph Smart contracts & ink!, 2 wallet kinds, and mixing web2 Next.js with web3".
  2. Quick iterations and synchronizing expertise between team members, mixing pair programming with break-outs... lots of fun, as none of us worked with each other before.
  3. Preparing two separate but fully compatible smart contracts which act as extendible templates for trivia.
  4. Documentation guesswork (big thanks to mentors!!)
  5. Staying awake and not loosing sight of the goal.
