Basically I wanted to create inappropriate financial incentives for judges to pick my project
What it does
Creates an unstoppable and cryptographically secure devpost prediction market that puts real money (in the form of ethereum) on the probability that a devpost project will win.
How I built it
Solidity, assembly, tears

This language is broken and has so many issues that can't be fixed because of fundamental design flaws.
