CyberCrow Project: Application Proposal

Description

Problem to be Addressed

The network analysis market faces an accessibility gap. Currently, users are divided between speed test tools that are too simple and offer no security diagnostics, and professional solutions that are extremely complex and alienate non-technical users. There is also a gap in user trust regarding privacy, given the reliance of many tools on processing sensitive data on external servers.

Commercial Potential

CyberCrow uses a Freemium model with high scalability potential through:

  • Broad Segmentation: Targeted at home users, IT students, network professionals, and companies.
  • Subscription Model: Plan structure (Free, Flight, Crow, and Business) that allows for monetization ranging from individual to institutional use.
  • Technical Versatility: Differentiation through REST APIs and Webhooks, allowing integration into existing business workflows.

Expected Results

  • Adoption: Obtain 10,000 free accesses and 5,000 premium subscriptions in the first 12 months.
  • Credibility: Establish partnerships with at least three educational institutions and two corporate entities in the first year.
  • Community: Reach 2,500 followers on social media with a 10% engagement rate.

Motivation

The team is driven by the mission to democratize digital security, making it an accessible right rather than a technical privilege. The goal is to create a tool that combines visual simplicity with analytical robustness, allowing any user to audit their network with total transparency and without compromising their privacy.

Scientific and Technical Component

Project Execution

The project is developed as a Full-Stack web application, utilizing a modular architecture that ensures scalability and ease regarding the integration of new analysis modules.

Technical Support and Features

The execution rests on four technical pillars:

  1. Monitoring: Real-time latency and connection quality measurement.
  2. Network Auditing: Local device scanner and topology mapping.
  3. Cybersecurity: Web vulnerability analysis with reports based on CVSS metrics.
  4. Privacy: Implementation of analysis and processing focused on the client-side/local environment, ensuring GDPR compliance.
