Chorable

Inspiration

Keeping track of housework is difficult when you have time-consuming and multiple other things to do. Because of this, we intend on making an efficient program that will assist the user to complete their household chores. This can help the user save time and makes achieving their goal much simpler.

What it does

This app will consist of three different things: Cleaning, Groceries, and Running Errands. For cleaning, the user can choose the chores that are provided by the app or they can add their own list. The next feature is groceries. It can create a list of what to buy, users can also set their location and find nearby markets. It also has a feature that can add and look at what foods are inside the fridge and users can write a new recipe or import a recipe from the web using a URL. The last section is running errands, where users can add a queue list of places that they have to go that day.

How we built it

Because we have not built the actual application, we designed the project along with the features through Figma.

Challenges we ran into

Brainstorming ideas in the first place is not easy and it needs time to refine the idea.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are able to complete this project in a short time, and it already consists of making the mockup design, presentation, and demo video.

What we learned

We gained more knowledge about Figma as well as how to exchange ideas with other team members without having to meet directly.

What's next for Chorable

For future plans, we intend to actualize the concept and build the program based on the design we made with Figma.
