Team Xcalibur from IIIT Kota presents CareGrid AI is a smart health records and emergency response management platform designed to eliminate chaos during medical emergencies.

In critical moments, delays are rarely caused by lack of doctors or hospitals — they are caused by missing information, poor coordination, and unclear decisions. CareGrid AI addresses this gap by unifying patient health records, AI-assisted triage, and real-time emergency coordination into a single, intelligent system.

The platform securely maintains a Health Wallet containing essential medical information such as allergies, chronic conditions, and emergency history. During emergencies, CareGrid AI enables a Zero-Input Emergency Mode, allowing users to trigger an SOS without filling forms. The system automatically generates a clinically readable emergency summary that can be accessed instantly by responders via QR code — even if the patient is unconscious.

Using AI-assisted risk assessment and smart hospital routing, CareGrid AI helps direct patients to the right care, not just the nearest care, while providing hospitals and responders with live dashboards for better decision-making.
