Computer Science can often seem intimidating or difficult to learn. Yet any programmer knows just how fun it can actually be. With this app, we wanted to find a way of getting people to experience that fun without realizing what they were doing. Right now, it's still fairly explicit that the player is dealing with Boolean logic - but the abstraction is present, and our goal is to create a fun, intuitive experience of the basic operators that computers are built out of. The app could be used to teach children basic operators like "AND" and "OR" - without actually calling them gates or operators. Rather, we call them keys and they unlock the blocks in the game to release explosions. This could also be used in Intro CS classes, and just as a fun tool for Computer Programmers - and, of course, our target audience is a mainstream public tricked into using Boolean operators without even realizing it.
