Inspiration

In Canada, diabetes is a leading cause in death for adults. Diabetes is a often complex chronic condition that has yet to be optimize in treating between patients and the healthcare team. With technology improving, there are ways to integrate healthcare so that diabetic patients do not have to feel overwhelm by the changes they have to face.

What it does

It regulates the work flow of the diabetic patient , and keep monitoring them daily .

Accomplishments that we're proud of

While creating this app, we were thinking about the simplicity and how to help not only the patients but also the healthcare team be able to utilize technology in simple and efficient way. This way we can show potential ways to overcome the problems faced by diabetic patients

Time management , working with the partner of different time zones

Helping patients who suffer not only from diabetes but also other diseases that can come from diabetes like anxiety and depression.
