Inspiration

The Idea and inspiration came when we saw a news channel where a person associated with government institution saying on a news interview that it doesn't know how many areas are polluted and what other issues are facing for the residents of that locality, Also we search is there any application or solution available we came to know that there was a startup in Egypt who almost start it with

What it does

Aghaz is basically a social platform application that aims to identify a problem and available for everyone so that concerned authorities can take necessary action and give points to the user who claims it. Users can redeem gifts and different prizes against points. It also provides platform to connect an individual to government or organization projects for providing earning opportunities and keep track of their social responsibility to make the environment of the city clean. You can now help keep your city clean by reporting problems and polluted areas.

How we built it

We started with prototyping and business flows of the application. we distribute the complete scope into different modules. We already have some basic knowledge of flutter and start the project with design-first approach and then incorporated firebase for functionality.

Challenges we ran into

Creating a user-friendly design was a difficult task we came up with different designs by it was not as simple and helpful which takes lot of time. Deciding a flutter architecture pattern was also debating as we have gone through so many and try to keep it simple.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are happy to almost complete the POC of our idea with learning and implementing with the short span of time, as we are not working on this application from the start of the hackathon event

What we learned

We learned how to integrate firebase with Flutter and different architecture implementation also the structuring and layout UI designs

What's next for Aghaaz

We complete the remaining work by implementing business flows of government and organization entity and try to launch it in our Karachi city so that citizens can start using this application
