I visited your website and, I was able to click on various options without managing to trigger the error, particularly at this endpoint https://boulogneplaisance.fr/voiles-legendes/ (referenced in your screenshot).
How many users are facing this error? If this error is happening just for you, could you try connecting in Incognito Mode and/or, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
For context, I have looked at the analytics and I can see around 10,000 requests were made to your domain in the last 24 hours. Roughly 300 out of those 10,000 requests were 5xx errors, reported mostly from the origin server. So the good news is, we can conclude most of your clients are able to connect successfully.
What happens if you try connecting from your mobile network instead of your Wifi or vice versa?
What I found interesting so far is that the error message you shared is not what’s typically reported by Cloudflare users who face 502/504 errors as seen here: Error 502 or 504 · Cloudflare Support docs and that most requests to your domain are not seeing this error.
