Code Verse Hack Fest 2k24 Guidelines & Rules:

Event Details:

1. The hackathon event will commence at 8:30 AM at MBU, Tirupati. 

2. The duration of the hackathon will be a maximum of 9 hours.

3. Participants will receive problem statements on the same day of the event.

Eligibility:

1. The hackathon is open to all undergraduate students from Mohan Babu University.

Registration:

1. Interested participants must register before 31st March 2024, through Link we provided.

2. Registration is free of charge(Only for MBU Students).

Team Formation:

1. Participants need to form teams of 3 to 5 members maximum.

2. Teams must be formed before the commencement of the hackathon.

Equipment and Materials:

1. Participants are required to bring their own laptops, chargers, and any necessary software/tools needed for coding.

2. Access to the internet will be provided; however, participants are encouraged to bring their own internet connectivity solutions as a backup.

Code of Conduct:

1. Respect for all participants, mentors, and organizers is mandatory.

2. Any form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.

3. Plagiarism and cheating are strictly prohibited.

4. Participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by the organizers.

5. Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings.

Judging Criteria:

1. Projects will be judged based on creativity, innovation, technical complexity, and practicality.

2. The judging panel's decisions are final.

Prizes:

1. Exciting prizes await the winning teams.

2. Additionally, certificates of participation will be provided to all participants.
