New code: Submissions judged only on content developed during hackathon period: Friday 6:30pm to Saturday 5pm.

Code review: All code must be submitted to a repository on Github to verify time of edits.

Presentation: All teams must deliver a 4 minute presentation 2 mins of Q&A from the judges and audience. 

Content: All submissions must be related to energy or resource (climate, land, air, water) topics.
