Azure Credits
Participants can apply for Azure credits via the following:
- Pay as you go or try Azure free for up to 30 days.
- For startup founders, apply to Founders Hub, where you will receive $1,000 in Azure credits if you meet the basic eligibility criteria (e.g., an idea and a working LinkedIn account). You can find more details on the application process here.
- Students who register for the hackathon are eligible to receive $100 in Azure credits. Details are available here.

- Best Azure App Integration: This category recognizes the project that most effectively integrates with Azure services to create a scalable, high-performing application. Whether you’re leveraging Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or other cloud solutions, showcase how your app takes full advantage of Azure’s capabilities.
- Best Use of Azure AI: Entrants must create a multi-modal app that features at least 2 modes from the categories of images, video/motion, voice/audio, or text in addition to language capabilities with Microsoft Azure’s Responsible AI tools (each a “Project”).
