The Joint Armour Live Online Training is your weekly resilience ritual, one half-hour session each week, designed to restore movement as medicine. Every class begins with a short calisthenic warm-up to wake the body, followed by 20 minutes of targeted active mobility training.
These sequences are organized to strengthen joint tissues, improve range of motion, and close the “strength gaps” that lead to pain, instability, and early wear and tear.

Every membership includes one class per week
Every session is ½ hour long
Every class includes a 8-10 minute full body Calisthenic Circuit to train and warm up the heart and muscles, we refer to this as (external training). This is then accompanied by a majority 20 minute joint strength training session which we refer to as (Internal training).
None necessary, however private online training is recommended upon availability, if greater assistance is needed.
It’s highly recommended that you purchase your mobility equipment package from our website here, otherwise you must Improvise with like-kind tools at home.
