Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card Suspect

On Thursday, February 27, 2025, at approximately 9:02 p.m., an unknown female suspect used a stolen debit card to purchase items at the Kapolei Target Store. The suspect then left the area in an unknown direction.

DESCRIPTION of SUSPECT: Unknown female, medium build, dark hair, fair complexion, wearing a white long-sleeved shirt, blue jean pants, and black shoes.
