Custom Order Request Form
Hi, thank you for your interest in a hand-painted piece from PNT by Ray! My designs range from $150-300 plus the cost of the base shoe (I will order the shoes for you if you don't already have a pair for me to paint). FOR EXAMPLE, the Israeli flag  ($230) on the Nike Air Force 1s ($115), plus shipping in the US ($15), are a total of $360. The price could vary with different style shoes, different detail level of your design, and international shipping.

After you fill out this order request, you must submit a $150 deposit in order to confirm your order and secure your place in line. You can submit your deposit via Venmo or PayPal at @pntbyray or Zelle to [email protected].

Do you need this by a certain date? My current turnaround time is about 8-10 weeks but I always try to accommodate special deadlines.

Air Force 1s retail for $115, Birkenstocks for $110, Uggs around $110, and other styles for various other prices. Rhinestones & colored laces are extra. Sweatshirts, jackets, bags, etc. prices are $125 and up.

If you need to know total cost before sending your deposit, please message me for your quote before submitting this form. Orders are NOT officially submitted until you pay a deposit.
