(N.B. This should be last commit before release of 1.1.3).

Update consistent with release of version 1.1.3.

distclean target, .PHONY target.

deprecated plcol ==> plcol0. No tick marks when making box to be consistent
with corresponding C examples.

Moved configure.in ==> configure.ac since the latter name is becoming more
and more the default now.

yplot_doc.csh ==> yplot_doc.sh

(This bug somehow not caught before. I must have never used this script
since the name change.)
