#22 setting y position for display sometimes fails
Sometimes the following works correctly, and sometimes it doesn't:
a=display(y=410)
See cyclotron.py in directory Ruth. If you run the program several times, the position of the visual windows varies - sometimes they are on top of each other, sometimes not.

This is almost certainly a symptom of Bug #106364.
