Small update to installation.txt

Added an entry to ReleaseNotes for revision 235.

Made a change so that unlimited juridstiction cryptography is not required by default.

Documented the change that sets digest-md5 off by default and allows cleartext passwords to be transmitted by default.

An iterator in SMTPSenderStandard, line 267 was faulsly identified and used. Thanks to Matthew Lohbihler for catching this!

Updated wrapper.conf to remove redundant entries for log4j and removed the default value for wrapper.app.parameter.2. Switched the clear text password policy to the less stirgent always option. Digest-MD5 is not turned on by default anymore.

Updated/corrected pop3processor log/error messages

The previous commit should have read inbound and not outbound.

New Feature: A recipient policy is now in place for all locally originated outbound messages.

A trivial fix so that the connection IOexception is not reported in classes SMTP(POP3)Proccessor when the server is shutting down.
