Java SMTP/POP EMail Server Code

Updated wrapper.conf to remove redundant entries for log4j and removed the default value for wrapper.app.parameter.2. Switched the clear text password policy to the less stirgent always option. Digest-MD5 is not turned on by default anymore.

Updated/corrected pop3processor log/error messages

The previous commit should have read inbound and not outbound.

New Feature: A recipient policy is now in place for all locally originated outbound messages.

A trivial fix so that the connection IOexception is not reported in classes SMTP(POP3)Proccessor when the server is shutting down.

Corrected an issue with class loading in class JESTestClassLoader

Updated release notes release date.

Replaced all instances of StringBuffer with StringBuilder. Some minor documentation updates.

Updated the mail configuration file used by the test cases. Addressed a minor issue with forward address handling

Updated the Received by field so that the date coincides with the exact date that the message is received.
