Java SMTP/POP EMail Server Code

Updated the mail configuration file used by the test cases. Addressed a minor issue with forward address handling

Updated the Received by field so that the date coincides with the exact date that the message is received.

Implemented a profile based service activation. Corrected the way JES handles its forward addresses.

Default mailbox now per local domain

Aligned the script naming between the windows/unix versions. Updated the documentation.

Allow JES execution without starting it as a root user in a unix like

Added an option ("testing.destination") that, when set, directs all outgoing messages to the destination (currently a folder).

Mail instance now uses singleton pattern.

Fully decouple dependency of a JES running instance on log4j.
