Have set the security manager off by default. Changed the way dnsjava should be setup. Enter/changed relative entries in installation.txt and AdditionalNotes.txt.

Fixed ECHO statements by adding " (hack)

Updated lookup.bat, introduced a unix script version of lookup.

More proper shutdown method for the POP3Processors. Updated the VerifyIPfactory to handle the case of a dns search suffix that resolves any wildcard lookup to its address.

Added the ability to enable/disable acceptance of the HELO command.

Changed the calling order for ModuleControl so that possible access to the file system comes under the downgraded user in unix, not the root. Corrected a bug relating to entry of realm passwords.

Revoked the previous correction. Also, moving a failed message to the failed folder didn't actually work, it should now.

Refractored initializeLogging logic to be more straight forward.
