almost completly rewrite of keyboardmacros: using statusbar, menu reload current file, open the file for current macro, load/edit macro; new format of keyboard (dma) file, removed stuff (drmacrotext (is now solved with drpy events), only events are recorded, which are really necessary).

bug fixes:
