some minor bugfixes.

- bug in drPrinter.py, reported by Luca Falavigna; 'DrPrinter' object has no attribute 'log'; fixed.
- fixed problems on quitting the app
- removed the need of a certain wxpython version
- some Code Cleanup (for example AskExitingDrPython())
- Goto Line on Traceback more universal (with pychecker line now also possible).
- fixed some issues on gtk with wx.Notebook.

few changes:
preferences: ignore ctrl-pageupdown key, so it can be used as shortcut.
but in gtk in find and find history.
some code cleaning.
gtk: openimported module didn't work as expected on gtk: keys came twice.

SetFocus should only be called on gtk (bug tracker #1903778).
