Some bugs in Reload and close instead of close().

OnReload remebers the previous editiing position.
OnClose jumps afterward to the tab right (and not to the left tab). This is common.
Changed some menu accelerators and some program internal code. Error messages little different so to
ease bug searching. Add Script should also only store the relative filename. Dialog Script Edit was without caption. Changed.
AddNewscript adds automaticall '.py', if it is not there.

tried to remove pydeadobject error.

Corrected all line endings to unix (line endings were mixed)
remember state of view eol and whitespace and use in the new document, when switching to other buffer.
