Corrected all line endings to unix (line endings were mixed)

Comment and Uncomment should now remember the previous cursorposition correctly.

Some Name changes in the menu (menu accelerators)

bug in searchbackward: search something forward => delete some text => search backward (search procedure was confused).

Changed hotkey for menu for faster access.

Find: find back/forward so, that the upper/lower lines (5 lines) are always visible. Avoiding unnecessary jumps on the screen. Only scroll, when necessary.
Corrections in editscriptmenu (there were bugs, when add a script, move it in "edit script" and then assign a hotkey. this ended in a mess.
A small clean up in drScriptDialog.py and drScriptMenu.py.

* new Switch in file Types: Intelli(gent) Backspace Behaviour off/on (was before always on)
* in Find: do not go until the bottom, so the next lines are not seen. Now it jumps until 5 lines above are seen.
* improved saved sizes of Drpython (Maximized und Restored). When maximized the previous "restored" size is also remembered.
* sysout and syserr are redirected to files /drpyhton.out and drpython.err for easier search for errors.

CopyCutPastExtend.py: In Paste Text: Convert Tabs to spaces, if spaces are adjusted (and not tabs)
KeyBoardMacros.py: Backspace behaviour adjustable
FindAutoComplete.py: show last 5 lines, when searching (and do not go until the end of the screen).
