fix an cursor position bug after method completion

This revision includes some cosmetic changes in comments in
Indenter.java and a very small patch to fix a bug that arose in
MovingDocumentRegion.java.

The following files were modified:

M src/edu/rice/cs/drjava/model/MovingDocumentRegion.java

Indenting appears to be in good shape with no glaring bugs. This commit
primarily changes the build file build.xml to use "drscala" as project
name instead of "drjava".

This commit cleans up indenting although a few small bug fixes, some
