DrJava Legacy SVN Repository

Reconciling some commit glitches (failed commits that were assumed to
have complted) regarding JarJDKToolsLibrary.java.

The following file was modified:

This revision updates the code in plt so that it compiles cleanly
(with no warnings) under Java 7. It also fixes a bug in the search
process for Scala compilers when DrScala is executed from a compiled
file tree (as in "ant run") rather than a jar file (which contains a
bundled Scala compiler). Finally, it includes some minor changes to
ScalaDescriptor.jar to help DrScala find Scala compilers.

This commit enables DrScala to find compilers when it is run from a
file tree (generated by our ant build script) rather than a drjava.jar
file containing an embedded scala compiler.
