DrJava Legacy SVN Repository

This revision revises ReaderWriterLockTest to eliminate an apparent
race condition and updates NewJVMTest so that it passes with the Scala
interpreter. The other files contain minor cosmetic changes and debgging
additions.

it occurred to me that there was an interleaving in which my previous workaround would fail...this should fix it

Reverted William's multiline output bar '|' in Interpreter.java

This revsion adds directories for reporting Scala specific bugs and features. We eventually need to create a separate
DrScala project and use the Sourceforce Bug and Feature Request systems. Do we need to refactor the core drjava code base so
that we can maintain a common core between DrJava and DrScala.
