Reverted William's multiline output bar '|' in Interpreter.java

This revsion adds directories for reporting Scala specific bugs and features. We eventually need to create a separate
DrScala project and use the Sourceforce Bug and Feature Request systems. Do we need to refactor the core drjava code base so
that we can maintain a common core between DrJava and DrScala.

Added regex matcher to ignore Scala interpreter colon commands in newjvm/Interpreter.java

This revision fixes a critical bug in PredictiveInputFrame introduced in the recent refactoring to eliminate type warnings.

Changed matching on multiline output to not put out '|' symbol since it hasn't been working correctly
