modify build to automatically pick up any jar from either HJ_HOME or the pre-packaged hj distributed along with drhj

fix for the default hj distrib selection: if HJ_HOME is not set, then use the default input jar files otherwise, use HJ_HOME... no the opposite !

This commit only revises the comments in the file HjCompiler.java.
All references to "Mint" have been changed to "HJ".

The directory platform/src-scala/edu/rice/drjava was created in error in an earlier
commit. The correct path name is platform/src-scala/edu/rice/cs/drjava.

forgot to cd up

build_standalone.sh builds a dr-hj jar file based on the hj jar files that are under misc/drjava-hj/input/lib

if hj.home is not set in the env, default to hj distribution embedded with drhj

This update includes some minor changes to the drjava source to accommodate drscala. Some of the changes (like creating the files named foo) were not supposed to be committed. They will subsequently be removed.
