DrJava Legacy SVN Repository

build_standalone.sh builds a dr-hj jar file based on the hj jar files that are under misc/drjava-hj/input/lib

if hj.home is not set in the env, default to hj distribution embedded with drhj

This update includes some minor changes to the drjava source to accommodate drscala. Some of the changes (like creating the files named foo) were not supposed to be committed. They will subsequently be removed.

Gray the runtime selection combo box when racedet is on. Note the event listener works only when Apply/Ok buttons are pressed. so the box doesn't gray immediately when clicking the racedet tick box.
