Ant script to create a combined DrJava/HJ jar file.

Small fixes for DrJava/HJ.

Fixed bug 3056277:
Compiling with Soy Latte when Running with Java 6 on Mac

Made sure that Soy Latte's rt.jar is used together with the tools.jar.

Fixed the transformHJCommand, so that now it programs that have input arguments are now accepted. However, there are still some bugs in regards to the call to hj.lang.Runtime.mainEntry in some cases. It seems to happen when you try to call mainEntry a consecutive times, with a program that has an input argument.

Merged branch into trunk.

Merging drjava-compilers branch into trunk. This is a major
refactoring:

- It includes JDKDescriptors that define where DrJava should look for
certain JDKs.

- There is support for Mint, Nextgen (not complete) and Habanero Java
(not complete).

- The compilers determine what file types are supported and what
keywords should be syntax-highlighted.

This refactoring makes it a lot easier to add future research
compilers or JDKs.

Implemented compiler-selected file extensions and keyword
highlighting.
