Fixed bug 3044686: Changes to Key Bindings Not Canceled Properly

by resetting the "current keystroke map" when canceling or resetting
to default.

Fixed problem that prevented configuration of key bindings for actions
with the same names, e.g. "New" (File) and "New" (Project).

Interactions Pane Undo/Redo Doesn't Work When Detached

Commenting out logging that was accidentally left in.

Fixed bug 3043918: Mac Starts Out with Undo Enabled for Interactions

This was caused by a work-around that used to be necessary on the Mac
when setFont didn't work appropriately. The work-around was removed,
it doesn't seem necessary anymore with Mac OS 10.4.11 and Java
1.5.0_19.

Fixed bug 2953661: "Go to Opening/Closing Brace" Shortcut Inserts { or
} by avoiding the Icelandic keyboard fix when Ctrl-Shift-[ or ] is
depressed.

Also added OptionListeners to update undo/redo key bindings for Input
Box (See bug 3043905: Pressing Ctrl-Z (Undo) Makes System.in Box
Disappear).

Updated with the most recent soot jar, that should have no compilation issues.

Finished linking undo/redo buttons to Input Box.

Working on fixing 3043905:
Pressing Ctrl-Z (Undo) Makes System.in Box Disappear

When switching from Definitions Pane to Input Box,
undo/redo isn't switched back to the Input Box, it
stays in the Def Pane. That's because the Input Box
gets focus, not the Interactions Pane, which is what
triggers the update right now.

Fixing 3043199: Undo/Redo Menu Items Not Enabled Properly

The menu items were not enabled and disabled like the toolbar buttons,
which had PropertyChangeListeners on the "enabled" properties of the
actions.

Put back an assertion after fixing bug 2321815.
Split an assertion in two to help diagnose bug 2906538.
