Implemented feature request 3030847:
Mac Menus on Detached Windows

DetachedFrames can now ask the MainFrame for another copy of the menu
bar. They then have to add themselves to the changed
RecentFileManagers (files and projects) so they also get the updated
recent file lists.

Creating improved GUI available listener branch: Menu items in
MainFrame can listen to different components for availability,
e.g. compiler, JUnit, Javadoc, etc.

Can specify additional jar files for the compiler now.
This will help multi-jar compilers like Habanero.
Doesn't yet check well if all classes are actually found:
If a class is not found, may throw a NoClassDefFoundException
at the time the compiler is invoked.
Also refactored JarJDKToolsLibrary.search to make it
a bit easier to understand.

Keyboard shortcuts for project menu items.

Properly disabled 'Run Project's Main Class' if main class not set.
