Fixed overwrite check and Mac/Linux bootclasspath problem.

Generate ConcJUnit Runtime button operational.

DynamicJava: Class/interface members of interfaces are always static. Improved error messages for allocations (missing enclosing object, bad anonymous supertype, etc.)

DynamicJava: Improved cast checking and added an option to allow unchecked casts. Added an Options parameter to TypeSystems, which required adjusting the Options interface. Fixed incorrect types produced for static fields accessed via the raw class types.

DynamicJava: Bug fix: crashed when attempting to define an interface in the REPL!

Removing debug print statements.

Work-around for problems with long (non-8.3) filenames in bootclasspath on Windows.

Working on 'Lucky' warnings for Windows.

All options functional, except for 'Generate' button. Reverted to standard JUnit.
