Changed the JarOptionsDialog to make Jar All and the
Jar Sources/Jar Classes options mutually exclusive,
but the Executable options available also if only Jar All
is selected. Allowing jar creation to proceed if duplicate
entry errors in a JAR file occur.
Disabled a log file that was left on.

Fixed a typo and updated the docs.jar file compiled into DrJava.

Updated plt.jar, including SwingUtil.showApplet method.

PLT Utilities: Added SwingUtil.showApplet() methods and the AppletComponent class for support.

Jar All now works. It jars everything in the project root, and also jars all classes in the build path (the distinction is only important if the two are different). Selecting a main class is broken in current dr java release; it is now less broken, in that you can at least navigate to and select a file, however converting it to a properly qualified class name does not yet work. Will revisit after documentation is updated.

Re-do of the GUI changes for vector option components.
The remove buttons are in the right-most column now as "X" icons,
and below the table (not scrolling) is a table-wide add button,
and depending on the settings, move up/down buttons. If moving
up and down is enabled, the column rows can also be moved using
drag and drop.
