Re-implemented KeyStrokeOptionComponentTest.
Renamed "select" keyboard bindings (the ones with holding shift down)
so that they start with the same word as the un-selected actions, to
make them appear next to each other (e.g. "Forward" and "Forward Select"
instead of "Forward" and "Select Forward").

Fixes bug 2722297: Find "No Test Cases" finds matches if current doc
is test case

When I originally implemented this feature, I did it in a half-baked
way that only worked for Find All.

Deleting unnecessary branch, has been merged into trunk.

Merged drjava-key branch back into trunk.
Still to do: Make preferences GUI for key bindings prettier.

Committed ugly but fully working version of multiple key assignment.
Deals with conflicts and menu items correctly.

Added preliminary, ugly VectorKeyStrokeOptionComponent that can
handle multiple keystrokes per action.

Creating branch for new keyboard system.

Fixed "Apply" button for vector options.

EvaluatorExceptions are now propagated all the way to
InteractionsModel, where we can replace LL stack trace elements.

I have marked the locations that need to convert stack traces with

Fixed bug 2722380: Auto-Complete/Open Javadoc Contain Duplicates
Changed predictive input lists to sets to avoid duplicates.
