Changed the way the class file belonging to a source file
is found. It now allows for case-insensitivity on Windows,
i.e. if the package is fooBar, but the directory is foobar,
it the class file will now be found. This is the same way
javac and java operate.

Added a "Copy System Properties" button to the "About" dialog's
"System Properties" pane. It copies the anonymized system
properties, DrJava configuration file, and memory information
to the clipboard. This should make it easier to ask people to
provide more detailed information for bug reports that don't
contain an exception.
Also changed the keyboard shortcuts for "browse forward/backward"
from Alt-Left/Right (or Option-Left/Right on Macs) to
Alt-Shift-Left/Right. Especially on the Mac, the old choice
was often triggered accidentally.

Added Predicate equivalents to FileFilter objects and methods in IOUtil

Added plt.jar; deprecated edu.rice.cs.util.Pair in favor of edu.rice.cs.plt.tuple.Pair, and updated references in the code

Wrote more unit tests for these files. SavableConfiguration could stand
some more testing.
