Adding initial @OnlyRunBy annotations.

Creating private branch for Mathias' thread checker

This commit fixed automatic comment bracketing bug #1546235 and
resurrected commented out section testCloseAllFiles in
SingleDisplayModelTest. The other revisions are changes to text
formatting only. The revised files were:

Fixed problem with line numbers and tab-complete in 'Goto File'

Removed debug output

In the "Go to file" dialog, line numbers can now be entered after a
semicolon, e.g. "MainFr:100" will jump to line 100 of the document
that matches "MainFr".

Addresses bug [ 1550220 ]. Now there is a 'Forcefully Quit DrJava' checkbox in Preferences/Misc. If it is enabled, DrJava will quit even on tablet PCs.
