Removed 'working directory' from documentation.

Updated build process for Eclipse plug-in. (There may still be some problems -- testing doesn't work on my system.)

The last directory of several file choosers is now being
saved in the user's configuration (last.dir) and restored
when DrJava is started. If the previous directory doesn't
exist anymore, DrJava will move towards the root of the
file system until an existing directory is found. If that
fails too, then the value of "user.home" is used.

[ 1541226 ] javadoc viewing is broken in stable release
There was a negation missing, so DrJava either opened
both the browser and the built-in viewer, or neither of
them.

Renamed "platforms" to "platform". I don't know why I used a plural in the first place, but this is more consistent with what has been done previously and elsewhere.
