Revised SingleDisplayModelTest so that interpreterReady events are expected on closeAllFiles operations. The following files were changed:

Fixes [ 1538328 ] Project menu options not greyed out by only re-enabling the items when in project mode.

Fixes bug report
[ 1536793 ] General "Find All" Bugginess
by making the text in the "Find All" panels static. The line
numbers still change, and double-clicking still takes the user
to the correct location, but the text is the original text
at the time the search was made.
The other problems mentioned in [ 1536793 ] were already
dealt with as of revision 3938 and 3934.
