Merged revisions 3734 through 3788 of the drjava-asynctask branch into the trunk.

These revisions include a few important bug fixes related to the interactions pane and definitions pane. This new build includes the async framework that will be used in the model to perform async operations with progress monitoring. Currently, only the "Clean Build
Directory" is performed asynchronously, but the async opening of multiple files will be comming soon

Restructured to get rid of unnecessary packages -- tree/tiger/generic moved into tree/tiger; interpreter/throwable moved into interpreter/error.

Renamed "*Type" AST classes "*TypeName" in anticipation of a new "Type" class hierarchy; fixed tests so that they will succeed after Retroweaver processes them.

1. Added a "forceReset" flag to the resetInteractions method in
DefaultGlobalModel. If this flat is true, then the reset operation is
performed regardless of whether the current slave JVM has been used
and the specified working directory matches the existing one. Revised the explicit
reset commands in the GUI to pass the value true for this flag. The internally generated
reset operations (e.g., after compilation, project loading) pass the value false.

2. Added a simple test of the method getFilesInDir in FileOps to the file FileOpsTest.java
