* include/cppunit/extensions/HelperMacros.h: bug #464844, moved
declaration of ThisTestCaseFactory from CPPUNIT_TEST_SUITE_END to
CPPUNIT_TEST_SUITE where the Fixture class name is available from
the macro parameter.
