- adopted SVN ignore pattern
* removed autobuildnumber tool (not part of the nightlies)

* adopted NSIS installer to 24.12 and make it to work with all latest files
* added German dictionary

* updated NSIS installer

* prepare the release branch

* created branch release-24.12

- Fix missing bracket in previous commit.
Compilation did not fail because I was working on Linux :(

* Make DirectWrite the default value for editor technology (MSW).
HiDPI is now very common and the previous default value does not work correctly,
at least with the current cbStyledTextCtrl.
This will also allow ligatures by default.

* wxSmith: Make the OK button the default one in wxStdDlalogButtonSizer.
This is done automatically if you create the sizer using wxDialog::CreateStdDialogButtonSizer(),
but not if you create it directly, like wxSmith does.
