Modified CalcGUITest to be run using Grid, also modified build.xml to be able to parameterize browser, context path, endpoint (base URL of application under test), (Selenium) hub url, and platform (operating system).

Complete Selenium testing using JUnit. I may have gotten a little carried away. Build script needs a bit of work to pass the appropriate properties to the JVM.

Added initial Selenium test. At present this will not run without Firefox installed, and having Selenium in the classpath. I will update the build to setup Selenium at some point in the future.

Minor update to allow GUI to be deployed alongside web service in Tomcat.

Update to build.xml to inject service endpoint into index.html.

Updated calcgui.html and restcalc.js to dynamically bind the web service endpoint through calcgui.html.

Created build to make this project easier to deploy to various web servers. Deployment can be done by moving the correct resources, or by deploying the .war file created by the build to an application server capable of hosting static content.

Completed web based GUI.

Created TTB. Moved web GUI resources over from REST example.
