Mark Pedigo is a data scientist with a PhD in mathematics who writes about mathematics, machine learning, and Python. He is equally comfortable translating real-world problems into models or translating engineering problems to differential equations in the classroom. In his spare time, he plays jazz piano and explores Minnesota’s great outdoors with his wife, Mandy, and his dog, Harley.
