How do I pay my Bill

I have questions about my Bill

If you’ve just received your first bill and it seems higher than expected, keep in mind that it includes installation fees and service charges for all months. Since we bill a month in advance, the first bill may cover up to three months of service, though these charges will be prorated.
To identify which charges will continue in future bills, look for the ones that fall in the same month as the due date. These represent the recurring charges for future service.

If this is not your first bill and you notice any unusual charges, please call the office for clarification. If you have any further questions about your first bill, don’t hesitate to reach out to the office as well.

Question 4

My internet isn't working, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

If your internet isn't working, start by rebooting the modem and making sure it's plugged in and powered on. If you have an external Wi-Fi unit, be sure to reboot that as well.

If the issue persists after rebooting all devices, please contact our office to report the problem. It may also be affecting your neighbors, so it's important we know about it as soon as possible.

If you reach the answering service, be sure to leave a message.

If it’s outside office hours and you’d like to troubleshoot further, you can call our tech support line at 877-733-0550 for assistance.

Question 5

My TV keeps Buffering, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

If your TV is buffering, it could be due to your internet speed. For streaming video, we recommend being on at least the 50Mbps package. If you're streaming multiple videos at once, you may need to upgrade to the 100Mbps package for smoother performance.

If you don’t want to upgrade your speed, consider improving your Wi-Fi. If your Wi-Fi is built into your modem, you can request a hardwired modem and invest in a more powerful external Wi-Fi unit to reduce signal loss. You could also try moving the modem closer to the TV or connect the TV directly to the modem with a cable to prevent signal issues.

If you're already on the 50Mbps package and still experiencing buffering, contact our office to check that the signals coming to the modem are strong before exploring other options.

Ho do I increase my speed.
