A Mentor is like a guide who advises you on your journey of exploring jobs, opportunities, self awareness, etc. A Mentor is a trusted source to help you come up with solutions that will produce good results. Mentors more than likely have already traveled a path you're on or desire to take and can offer key insight on what to expect.  Mentors can connect you to resources that can help your further develop dreams, goals and aspirations.  Mentors can be temporary or permanent, depending on your needs.

A good recommendation is at least 1-hour, once per week.

What does a Life Coach do?

A Life Coach, like a Mentor, is a trusted source to help navigate your Life journey.  Life Coaches often carry a specific expertise and are designed to lead you to help achieve a particular goal.  Life Coaches may or may not be familiar with your particular experience or expertise, but they are equipped to bring accountability and access to resources to motivate you to achieve what you're seeking.

How can I get my Life to change?

It is recommended that taking consistent small steps  towards an intended goal are the best way to unlock lasting results.  
1. Try starting with your self-talk.  Positive self-talk with corresponding consistent action will ultimately lead to change. 
2. Find a Mentor or Life Coach. When you have a trusted source to share Life happenings, you can then receive advice from a different perspective, that can spark a change in your point of view. 
3. Keep going! Consistency is the key to seeing lasting results.  Change may not come overnight, but it will come over time.  You have to be willing to stay the course and wait for it.🖤
